Replace Genious

Replace Genious is a program that allows you to manipulate and modify text documents with ease, keeping both the original text and a preview of the resulting text visible at all times. Best of all, you can create all kinds of rules and functions to automate changes, which speeds up the editing process for very large documents or spreadsheets.

Using Replace Genious is much simpler than it may seem at first glance. To begin, open a plain text document, a Word file, or a spreadsheet. After that, you'll be able to see two columns: on the left, you can see the original text as it appears in the source document, and on the right, you can preview the resulting text as determined by the rules you've applied. Then comes the second and perhaps the most important step: setting your own rules.

By default, Replace Genious comes with many predefined rules that you can apply with a single click. These rules include changing words from upper to lower case or vice versa, adjusting the kerning, adding counters, and otherwise changing the formatting. Of course, you can also automatically replace one word with another, so that whenever 'X' appears in the original text, it is replaced by 'Y' in the output text. All these rules and functions can be combined and customized.

Replace Genious is a document-editing and manipulation software that can save you tons of time and effort.
